La idea principal de este blog es compartir nuestros conocimientos sobre la Fonética y la Fonología. Para esto, ¿por que no empezamos con la definición de ambas?  ¿Qué es fonética? Para el diccionario de la Real Lengua Española, la fonética es parte de la lingüística que estudia los sonidos de las lenguas independientemente de su función lingüística. Estudia además el conjunto de sonidos del lenguaje humano que se articulan o pronuncian en una lengua determinada.  ¿Qué es fonología? La fonología es la rama de la lingüística que estudia los sistemas fónicos de las lenguas,  se refiere  a la articulación física del lenguaje. Por eso  la gran variedad de sonidos que puede emitir un hablante, es posible reconocer los que representan el ‘mismo’ sonido, aunque las formas de pronunciarlo resulten distintas desde el punto de vista acústico; a la vez se pueden distinguir los sonidos que señalan una diferencia de significado.
